Thai Express Lasalle

I ordered fried beef with vegetables and rice to go. The lady who took the order for some reason decided that it has to be a dish number 4. I asked her 3 times if that is the dish with the fried beef, and she told me that this is exactly what I askedfor. When I opened my box I found some breaded nuggets on top of rice (supposedly beef? . I was shocked. It didn't lookappetizing at all... I don't eat breaded meat but I tried one nugget. It was chewy like rubber and absolutely tasteless. Ialmost threw up... What a disappointment and what a waste of money! Last winter I placed the order with the same descriptionand got a wonderful meal. This time the entire box went to the garbage. I will not order food from this place ever again!

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The food was quite disappointing; the chicken had a strange odor and the noodles were sticky, lacking sufficient sauce, which resulted in an overwhelming taste of flour. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional. The woman at the counter seemed unhappy, and when the man served my General Thai in a plastic container, sauce was spilled everywhere. When I asked him for napkins, he simply pointed at them without a word. As for the girl, when I requested chopsticks, she threw them at me. They handed me a very hot plastic container that was almost impossible to handle. I regret not voicing my concerns right away. Although this is the closest Thai Express, I will definitely not be returning.

I ordered the General Tso's chicken with a rice bowl for dining in, but they served it on a plate with a very small amount of rice.

This is definitely my favorite Thai Express in LaSalle! The staff is incredibly friendly, the portions are generous, and the sautéed noodles have just the right amount of sauce.
