I stopped here on a laune and it turned out that it was the best stop on a whim place in a pretty time. although the decoration on the spiritual side was not the food and service definitiw. I had the bibimbap and it was fantastic. the meal was preceded by bancham (side courts), which were also very good. the meal ended with the check and a free dessertdrink, which was very refreshing and a good palate cleaner. great eating and service I highly recommend giving this place a visit.
9/13/2017 wow, is it really almost 4 years ago, since we were last in seoul korean? pity over us. try to decide where to go to eat and satisfy a demand for spicy and various aromen brought us back. we have remained completely satisfied. starting from the only Asian beer available, two large 22 oz. doses of sapporo $7.95 ea. they were fresh and just the right thing for the food we just ordered. our banchan was immediately brought to the table by our server who was very friendly and happy with every visit to our table. there were five banana dishes, consisting of mushrooms, fish cake, koleslaw, pickled radishes and kimchi. we ordered the dduk bokki $11.95 as...read more
Bibimbap. full of taste and they had no problem to let go of ice as I am allergic.
My favorite Korean restaurant of all time! Family owned and small place but they sell Korean and other Asian snacks at the door while you wait for the one waitress to seat you. Cannot really blame them for being understaffed or slow, the pandemic has really hit minority family businesses hard. The food is always amazing and at a decent price, although not cheap. The banchan (side dishes that come after you order) are really good and leaving you even more hungry, which is great when you have a lot of food to finish as my boyfriend and I did! The staff are extremely kind and we will definitely be returning.
