Lyn (the back cash person) was very friendly and helpful and my food was good
On today?s date at 3 am I went drive to the above establishment. When I got there it was only a grey vehicle in front of me. As I got to the window I waited a couple of minutes while shouting hello and no one responded. So I drove around to proceed to the window where the other vehicle was awaiting their food. I then continued to wait for another 10 minutes for one vehicle to leave the window. I then get to the window and there was the most unprofessional woman I have ever seen. The cashier at the window was SIDEL she had trouble speaking English and told me to go back around to the speaker. I then explained to SIDEL that I was at the speaker for several moments with no reply so I proceeded forwarded. At this time there is now 3 cars behind me awaiting to place their food order as well. I tell her I waited 10 minutes and I did not want to go back around to wait back in line. She responded with ?go to the speaker there is not anyone there I am listening now?. I said no I already been there. She then closed the window and came back 30 seconds later rolled her eyes and said ? ok what do you want?. I placed my order and got it in 60 seconds I knew my food would be nasty. As I drove down the street I found a long strain of hair in my fries and they were cold. Also my MCchicken was awful. I normally love McDonald?s but after this experience, also with everything going on in the world I will not be returning to McDonald?s for bad service and awful food. I look forward to possibly speaker with the manager or the owner in reference to some type of action that will be taken for the Cashier SIDEL she is unprofessional and she will reduce sales. With this pandemic this is the last person you want on your window. So I look forward to hearing from someone if you guys actually care.
Wait time for food was very poor, and staff appeared to be unorganized. Delivery drivers had to wait extensively to pick up pre-ordered food for clients. The system that once flowed fluidly was not represented at this location, and you could potentially prepare a home cooked meal by the time food arrived for those purchasing from the lobby.
