Tim Hortons - Laval

Don't go here if you're in a hurry. Slow service. I do a mobile order 10 mins before I arrive often and I still end up waiting an additional 5-10 mins once I get there inside.With 5-7 employees wandering around and it's not busy, this should not occur.

Horrible experience, they do not know how to take orders, they are not friendly, the workers are bad, especially the young ones, they think they are always right, they argue with the client and when we ask to speak to the manager, they say that he is not there. DO NOT GO TO THIS TIM HORTONS

I am taking my coffee every morning from this place I have no comment about the food every thing is good but the lady who take the order her name is Linda she is very rude and she doesn’t respect people so I hope she can improve her behaviour…thank

The place is so busy morning time. And that's making it a bit slow to serve. But overall the staff service is very good and friendly.

Its unacceptable, sopposed to open at 4 AM, here at 4:20 in front and still not opened, i knocked and the employe saw me and just ignored me.
