Dicky Doo's Diner - Lawrenceville

This is a super quaint very clean southern Diner. They serve BBQ fresh! They have a barbecue pit smoker box in the back. Their breakfast is fantastic good pricing. Everything is homemade fresh everyday. Love the traditional gingham check red and white tablecloths and Captain barrel chairs. This is located right next door to Chevron. There is also a Domino's in the plaza as well. They do have a drive-thru. I took a picture of the menu. Posted below. You also have options you can eat on a traditional plate and have a traditional cup for your coffee or you can have a styrofoam takeout and a take-out cup for your coffee. Pricing is very good and a great lunch special pictured below. May I dare to suggest catering!

Tried this place for the first time last week after passing it everyday for 4 years. Great service, great breakfast! So far I?ve had the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit? amazing! And the breakfast bowl with bacon? again, amazing! Due to my work schedule, I can only catch breakfast these days but when I finally catch lunch, I update my review. Also very reasonable, almost cheap prices for the quality of food provided!

Just the best Southern food! Fried catfish, coleslaw, potato salad, jumbo BBQ sandwich, Brunswick stew and biscuits with bacon, egg and cheese-all great portions at a great price with friendly service. The two times we have been it was an all female team taking care of business-you Rock ladies and your food tastes like my Grandmother?s-made with love.

Hidden gem tucked in the Chevron parking lot. Upon walking in it feels like your walking into your grandmas kitchen from the smell alone. The ladies are welcoming and greet you with a hearty Hello! Now to the food. I first went to try them and ordered a sausage biscuit with gravy. It was so massive that I couldn't finish it and gave the other hand to my son. Then we went again before his school and he ordered a sausage, egg and cheese biscuit with hash browns. He was quite the whole way to school, lol. This place and delicious and VERY affordable. Give them a try you won't forget it. Also, I forgot to mention they have a DRIVE THRU! It's on the side of the building.

Breakfast is on point!! I had the best breakfast bowl ever.. fried salmon, cheese grits and scrambled eggs... the grits didn't need any extra salt outside of how they cooked it.. and the sausage egg biscuit is awesome...
