This is my favorite place..the only thing I have to suggest is cutting the chicken smaller. When the pieces are large it's not enough chicken to taste with the entire dish

Came to the store and only ordered two burritos and a cheese dip. Total should have only been around 25.00. When I got home I discovered that they gave me someone else?s order as well and also charged me an additional 11.00 on my receipt for theirs. Took 3 days to receive a cash refund. Not to mention I had to drive all the way back for their mistake that none of the managers wanted to fix. The guy that worked the night shift on November 11th did not want to fix it. When calling the next day Eliana did not want to fix it either. It took me going through three managers until Hannah was able to correct their wrong. No apology was given for my inconvenience either. Good thing I kept the three day old burrito, otherwise they did not want to refund me. Poor customer service as well as customer experience.

I tried the Buffalo Chicken Burrito which sounded soooo good and I had been craving a chicken wrap for the longest time. But much to my disappointment, it was absolutely disgusting. One of the worst wraps/burrito I?ve ever had. I don?t know what it was. Too much buffalo sauce maybe? I am one of those people that hate wasting food, but even I threw in the towel this time. And I don?t leave reviews either. Unless it?s really good or really bad. This was really bad. *Note: rating reflects quality of food not service. Service was great. I don?t mean to be rude about it, but it really was just terrible.

The Best Willy?s experience yet! Cleanliness 5 Star Food 5 Star Staff 5 Star The staff was nice, tables, walls and floors clean. The staff definitely worked together, almost seemed like they were all family. I watched as one took over as the other took a lunch break. I watched as when no customers were around they found things to do around the restaurant. Whoever the owner and manager is here is doing an excellent job! Food was fresh and tasty as well. You?ll enjoy placing an order and eating here.
