We sat outside for about 20 minutes without anyone even acknowledging us. Employees would come out and serve others around us and we were completely ignored. My husband went and told the staff and they did not even seem to care. No apology. Nothing. So we left. The food looked really good but unfortunately we were unable to experience it.

Never got to eat. Sunday night by myself, was seated but forgotten. Waited 15 minutes for waitress, restaurant was not full, and waitress went by me several times and didn't stop to even ask if I would like something to drink. I feel since I was by myself I didn't count.

Stopped by after shopping. Food was tasty and fresh. German potato salad and french fries both very good. Service friendly and helpful. Might want to replace reuben roll with a different type of rolled sandwich.

I have loved the Davenport and Moline Bier Stube for the past year now. I was excited to try out the new restaurant with my family on Tuesday early evening. We had a very helpful and nice waiter. He was very good about attending to us even when I was starting to get busy. The following visit, I unfortunately had a bad experience and was disappointed. This new place is unorganized and needs a lot more work. Our order was wrong and it took too long to get food and even drinks. The Manager was not available and I felt this has been an unprofessional experience. Do not visit the new Bier Stube for at least a month or so. I hope when I return the waiter that helped us the first night will be available and hopefully our order will be right next time. Food=Great Atmosphere=great view organization=terrible management=terrible overall=place needs more time.
