Hotel Restaurant de la Gare

The last train of the day had left the station and I had nowhere to stay. Angelique was my hero. she gave me a meal and a place to stay for a reasonable price and I am grateful. the room was small and comfortable with a shower and the toilet in front of the door. that was delicious and more than I could eat. I slept very well and on the morning had another good meal before I went back two where I went on my bike trip. thank you. angelique, you are close for me.

I had gone 12 kilometers from the Trian station in boigneville to picturesqueherbes and came to lunch in the hotel restaurant de la gare [see photo] conveniently located directly opposite the road from the train station. after the quaffing of a refreshing Grimbergen design on the bar. there is nothing that thirsts after a long walk like a frosty glass ale- I sat on a table in the outside terrace. I ordered the three-course-prix-fixe lunch with 14.30 euro. for beginners a large selection of hors d’œuvres was available from the buffet. since I expected the main course to be managed, I limited my selection to a hard cooked egg, a few cubes and a few slices of saucisson à l'ail. the main course was a thick and juicy faux-filet of bark accompanied by a generous part of delicious, homemade frits [see photo]. although many articles on the dessert menu were tempting, I left for three great creatures of fruit scarf. It was surprising that when the waitress served the main course, she had a complete liter bottle of red wine. I asked her if I would pay for the number of glasses I had consumed, but she replied the whole bottle was included in the price of the meal! When I read the label, I learned that the wein was called vin de la communauté européenne. according to wikipedia, there are 21 wine producing countries in the European Union, 14 of which have significant production volumes. so it was someone's guess in which country or country the wee actually originated. yet it tasted surprisingly good. the total for the meal, including wein, coffee and grimbergen, amounted to very reasonable 17.30 euro. of course the hotel restaurant de la gare is highly recommended.

Un restaurant simple mais de qualité avec une cuisine de choix un service courtois un acceuil comme beaucoup devrait avoir malgré l'affluence

Face a la gare !!! rapport qualité prix excellent , ambiance routiers très conviviale , la jeune femme au bar accueillante , 2 en service , ça va donc très vite pour des personnes comme moi le midi qui sommes pressé ,... jeune homme en salle trés souriant , pas le cas de la serveuse qui n est pas aimable et qui lui parle mal, je tenais a le signaler !!! sinon je le conseil fortement j'ai très bien mangé et reviendrais .

Hôtel récent avec chambres de taille moyenne, lit confortable, TV TNT salle dz douche et toilettes non séparée. Situé face à la gare de Malesherbes, il vous faudra une dizaine de minute de marche pour rejoindre le centre ville. Peu ou pas de commerce aux alentours hormis une grande surface et deux bars restaurant.Parking gratuit sur place, le calme et l avantage de cet hôtel que je qualifierais de passage. Bref, hôtel très propre et très correct.Concernant le restaurant, celui ci est de type "routier" avec buffet d entrées à volonté, plats généreux et qualité de la nourriture supérieure à la moyenne même s il ne faut pas s'attendre à des plats élaboré ( en même temps ce n'est pas ce qu on demande d un bar restaurant). Vous vous en sortirez pour 15 euros du repas complet avec café. Note un peu plus négative, le vin de table qui attaque et fait des dégâts, clairement à éviter selon moi.. sinon on y mange très bien et en quantité.
