I have ordered the chicken strip dishes from this place twice using the app, and both times they neglected to include the gravy in the meal, despite it being listed on the menu. One time, we had to go back to the restaurant to get the missing gravy, while the other time we just went without it. This has been quite frustrating. It seems that driving to a city south of us might be a better option.
The food is fantastic and the staff is very friendly, but the service is incredibly slow. It often takes around 30 minutes to get your food once you place your order. It's a mystery why it takes so long, but be prepared to wait in your car during that time.
I want them to give me my burger pink! That's not okay. That's just bad. certainly not come back to this whataburgar and to know that it is the new location that I just can't!
I love Whataburger but this location is worthless. I've been here 3 times since moving to the neighborhood and every time the drive thru takes 30 minutes(even with 4 people in front of me), my order is wrong and the employees act like I'm ruining their day because I came there. This is, by far, the worse Whataburger I've ever been to. I'm never coming back. Whoever is running this place, you suck at what you do.
