Ruby Tuesday - Lebanon

The steak wasnt even a ribeye. You cant send a butcher the wrong steak and not expect it to be mentioned. The pasta didnt have any sauce. Everything just thrown together, and barely enough to be called a serving...

Unfortunately the Rubys Cheeseburger* was super soggy. The meat was cooked to the preferred temperature though! The New Orleans Seafood was okay, the fish was a little bland but the shrimp was really tasty as well as the sauce. The rice pilaf and broccoli saved the fish. Overall the meal was decent. Love the Spinach Artichoke Dip.

The food was fantastic! I've always loved Ruby Tuesdays. I would have given it 4.5 stars, but I can't because one of the kids' drinks was missing.

I ordered a ribeye but received what appeared to be a sirloin. I didn't send it back, even though the server offered to, as long as they had prepared it properly. However, when I received the bill, I was pleasantly surprised to find that the manager had removed the entire cost of the duck from my check. This thoughtful gesture showcased exceptional customer service, which I truly appreciated.

The food was excellent! I ordered the ribeye steak, and it was both delicious and flavorful—absolutely perfect. I also sampled their steak quesadilla, and that was enjoyable as well. I’ll definitely be returning for more!
