Chick-fil-a - Leeds

This is my “home” Chick-Fil-A location for years and I have always enjoyed my time eating in the dining room or terrace, order for pick-up, going through the drive thru, do catering, and all the things. Great staff, great operators and great company. Would give more than 5 stars if I could!

My biscuit fell apart, the haash browns were cold. An employee's son ran behind a curtain that prevented employees from doing their job.

Somehow it ran out of baby diapers, Chick-fil-A turns out to sit the day and gave me a diaper to use for my son. In any case, life made better for him. He could play and we could both stay. Also, first location to allow me not to do cheese on the chicken pack. Great experience, will return.

The best customer service! Always friendly, warm and friendly. The place is so clean and the food is very satisfying.
