La Cafetiere - Leeds

After my food hadn’t arrived more than an hour late, I called to find out where they were and to be honest cancel the order. Instead of offering any apologies or explanation just that ‘It should be approaching’ they hung up on me because I wanted to cancel the food. They won’t be getting any orders from us again.

Used la fraz for years always happy however tonight huge let down. delivered on time but the two kebabs we ordered were not even warm, about one third of the salad we normally receive and the chilli sauce again about a third of the size! will be going elsewhere. really disappointed.

Amazing food their curries are just fantastic, must try, fast delivery just under 25 mins. Been ordering from la fraz since 1995.

Worst take away in Leeds, awful food, arrogant staff who charge whatever price suits them. I have already reported them to Trading Standards. This take away needs shutting down before somebody becomes seriously ill from their food.

This is ridiculous. Every time we have used la fraz they have got the order wrong. They have then taken stupid lengths of time to deliver the rest of the order. We have been overcharged every time we use them. Tonight was the last straw not only did they get the order wrong but overcharged as well. When called to complain about this several times we were assured that the rest of the order would be sent as well as the refund. Several calls later after being hung up on twice we were told they were busy and we should just go elsewhere. An hour later the rest of the order turned up but not the refund. Looking across review sites this is not uncommon. Anyone with any sense should not use these. If they are too busy to provide what is ordered and customer services then they should not have orders at all.
