You book a table and tell you. You have to wait 20 minutes or more when they spend tables to always turn. . Bad management bad customer service

We thought the vegetables had been hanging around for a few hours and were past their best especially the sprouts and peas. As I don't eat meat this was disappointment.Staff were friendly and efficient.

I’ve been eating at Toby Horsforth for years and have never had a problem with any of the carvery meals there. The staff have always been professional so I can’t knock anything at all.
