Mcdonald's - Lees Summit

The drive through LITERALLY took 45 minutes! This is UNACCEPTABLE for drive through. 45 MINUTES! What is happening at this location? No manager should stay employed here! They ALL need to be fired and the owner need a hit to their bottom line!

I drove up to place an order and mentioned to the girl that I was missing some food from my order yesterday and needed to speak to a manager. She completely ignored me and asked what I wanted to order instead. When I reached the first window, she continued to disregard my concerns, just took my payment and closed the window. When I got to the food pickup window, the manager handed me my order. I asked her to please wait while I checked the contents. Surprisingly, everything was included. However, I noticed that we had ordered sweet teas, which were missing. This place is disorganized; even the manager can't get orders right.

Finally, at 8:45 PM, they brought out some of the food, but it was incomplete and did not include the drinks. The gentleman who delivered our food apologized and went to fetch the drinks. I expressed my concern about not wanting to wait another 45 minutes for the rest of my order. Once I got home, I discovered that our sandwiches were incorrect. I have already contacted corporate about this experience and plan to follow up with the store manager on Monday. This situation was completely unacceptable, and I would prefer to go further away from this location rather than deal with them again.

As I suspected, the fries were cold. I requested fresh fries, knowing that the burger likely wouldn’t be much better since I witnessed them trying to hand my order to the car in front of me, meaning it had been sitting there for a while. They took the cold fries but, to my dismay, I’m pretty sure they just placed them in another bag since they were the same temperature as before. When I got home, the burger was cold as well. The grill ticket showed 11:31 PM, which aligns with when I reached the speaker and gave them my order number. It probably took a maximum of five minutes to cook but then sat in the bag for 20 minutes. I will not be returning to this location in the future. It was a complete disappointment all around.

Waited for almost 10 minutes for someone to say anything to order. Instead was greeted later with ?you gonna stay there all night or order?? a greeting would have been nice to know to order but instead all I heard on the mic was laughing. Rude servicebesides the one handing out food.
