Papa Johns - Leesburg

I preordered 6 pizzas for a birthday party the day before. Unfortunately, they did not have them ready when promised. After calling them, they explained that their system had gone down. They rushed to fulfill our order and were able to provide us with the pizzas. The manager apologized and made things right with us. Despite the delay, the customer service was excellent and the pizza was great. I still give them a 4-star rating because I understand that this is not the usual situation for them. Thank you.

The pizza was sliced unevenly, with 6 large slices and 2 slices that looked like shark teeth. The toppings were also unevenly distributed. Despite this, the pizza tasted good.

The restaurant is very casual but consistently good for takeout and online orders. I have not tried their delivery service yet, but I am always satisfied with the pickup option.

This location needs help. Last time the pizza was half cooked, still dough in middle. This time they couldn’t find the order, and made no effort to try. Waited for 10 min, they couldn’t find the order and instead of asking me if I wanted them to start a new one, they ignored me until I left. Good job.

Ordered 3 pizzas 11/21/20... *NONE* of the boxes had the safety seal (sticker) that guarantees box stays closed food can 't be touched once it 's placed in the box. I called the store minutes after delivery and spoke to Phil, Manager and he was unconcerned about it and made no offer to rectify the situation but simply said the corporate office has been slow to provide an adequate number of the box seals. I reminded him that all PapaJohn 's advertising informs customers that food boxes are Safety Sealed to guarantee food has not been touched. He was annoyed by the entire conversation and still did not offer any replacement food, credit for a future order or anything else. I suggested they use TAPE as a way to seal food boxes if they have in fact run out of the corporate safety seals! I now have 3 pizzas, not sealed that were tossed all over the place during delivery and I have no idea whether the food was touched or not because the boxes are not sealed!!!
