Similar to other recent review, this location used to be great, but sadly it has been run into the ground by their current manager, Lexi. The rest of the staff is always friendly, and it was disappointing to see the staff being treated so poorly by their manager. Not a good look in front of customers. I have loved Scooters for years until today. When pulling up I realized they had smoothies. As soon as I said that someone in the background working in the store stated “No don’t get a smoothie”. I ended up not ordering anything. This is not the normal attitude from this location. Disappointed customer.

This location used to be really great, but the last couple of months it’s been mediocre at best. The staff is super friendly, so there isn’t a problem there, but it’s a miracle if you get what you ordered. On several occasions I’ve ordered hot drinks and been handed cold ones, been asked if I wanted flavoring in my skinny vanilla latte, and the sugar free vanilla hasn’t tasted right in months. Although friendly, I had to repeat my order of two drinks several times of one large and one small. I got charged correctly but received both smalls. Asked if they honored punch cards, she took it and gave it back without any added punches — not a huge deal but annoying that the small details are over looked. Especially when they were not busy. Drinks were yummy and the girl was polite so that’s why the 3 stars and not 1 star. Not my best experience there.

Very humble crew worker’s compensation and very fast and friendly service drinks are so yummy.
