Jack In The Box - Leon Valley

Ugh! I used to love Jack in the box, but their food has gone downhill. I had tacos last time and they were dripping with water like they had just washed the lettuce and didn't let it dry. The only thing I'll eat from there now is their egg rolls, they are really good.

Horrible service, took nearly 15 minutes before they acknowledged we were waiting at the counter to order. Took another 45 minutes for food. Meanwhile there was no ice in soda machine and had to try to ask repeatedly for them to fill it behind the counter while they avoided all contact. When food finally came out it was good, but definitely not worth the time or enduring the lack of basic communication.

Food and employees are great, but it took 12 minutes from the time paid in the drive thru to finally get my order! That's too slow!!

Slowest service I've ever had and the workers were completely unprofessional

Slowest place ever. My husband went on 10/17/17 and literally waited 45 minutes for our food. I went back today 10/18/17 and again waited 30 minutes. There was 1 girl running everything while 3-4 employees stood in the back smoking and doing what looked like a drug deal. Won't be going back.
