Avaliação da contribuiçãoI was somewhat reluctant to go to a Swiss restaurant because my experience was that they were all expensive, but this place was actually quite cheap, relative. They had a good selection of lunch options from Soup at €9.50 to Steak at €30.
Had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Ten of us went for lunch, we waited for 90 minutes only three meals arrived and then they said they had “Run out” of pizza and there was only “Green Salad”. Then they sent us a bill for...the three meals, we declined to pay and then Dave Paul “ The Manager” became very angry, blocked the door and pushed me. So if you like no food and violent behavior this is the place for you.
Waited over 2h with 10 people before being told that our ordered food hadn't been made and the order had been lost in the kitchen. Then to be told that a pizza restaurant had run out of pizza. Just had to leave without food. Bad...experience all round. Would recommend to avoid.
Was here already two times, with friends. Can 't decide which experience was worse. The staff is really rude. The first time 8 of us ordered food and drinks while the 9th wanted to just have his sandwich, but they made him leave saying it is...not a picnic place . Makes a lot of (business) sense, right? The second time when asking if we can order, they reply was a simple NO without even looking at us (well, at least we could finally place our order, after waiting 30 mins). So yeah, the service is terrible Food is mediocre and they have hardly any choice in terms of drinks. Just go to the French side if you want to eat/enjoy a decent meal.
We arrived here one day at the beginning of April at 1:15. After we sit around for 15 minutes or so we were finally told the only food option, Pasta carbonara was, so it was. When we went, we were told by someone else that a... electricity cut in the area meant that a number of restaurants had lost inventory overnight. Since the pizzas were served to those who had arrived earlier, we returned the following day when we returned to Les Crosets. The next day we arrived and they had food. But the service was terrible. There were four people who served a large outdoor terrace and everyone looked like someone ran out of his feet. It took time to be served, the beverage order was wrong and we had to get water ourselves. On the plus side the pizzas we finally got were decent and sat on the terrace in the sunshine was nice, but do not expect to be served efficiently.
