Quai 360 - Les Îles-de-la-Madeleine

It was not easy to find a place, or rather three, but it was worth it. Even at the counter. Seasonal and local cuisine prepared with finesse and a lot of talent. Friendly service without being intrusive. And finally reasonable prices for the high quality of the products and the excellence of the dishes.

The gnocchi did not resemble traditional gnocchi, and the risotto was cooked al dente, which is correct but not typical for Italian or risotto enthusiasts. The server mentioned it's always been served that way, but we were unsure. We should have mentioned it. Other than that, the rest of the meal was excellent.

This restaurant is a must-visit if you're on the islands. The halibut starter was a real treat, and the linguini with grilled scallops was delicious. Although there aren't many options on the menu, there is a large selection of wines to choose from. Make sure to book early, as the place is very popular and there are limited tables available.

Wow, unforgettable dinner I don 't often give reviews but today I want to highlight this great experience at Quai 360...We booked online a few days in advance, (to be sure of having a place, plan a few months in advance if your visit is in the months of July and August) we were put on a list of waiting for cancellations, 24 hours in advance, I received a text telling me that a place had just become available, what luck!?We booked for the last service, it must be the best because the rush is over, the staff is more relaxed.We had great service, ?Very nice atmosphere, modern and relaxed, not rowdy like in large dining rooms.A wine list to make the most beautiful restaurants in Quebec blush, a whole selection!The dishes are very well presented, we eat with our eyes first ?The price of each dish is in my opinion well justified, the freshness is there.
