Boston Pizza - Lethbridge

It's our first time ordering from this particular Boston Pizza location. We ordered 2 Lasagna, 1 order of medium wings, and 1 order of Thai Shrimp Bites. The girl on the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu.--The wings were OK but the Thai shrimp were so over cooked they were dry and hard. The Lasagna on the other hand was terrible. We've ordered Lasagna from other Boston Pizza restaurants and it was always very good.---This, however was about 10 layers of noodles with VERY LITTLE sauce or meat. You could probably hold all the filling in 1 tablespoon. We were VERY disappointed with this location and probably will never order from them again.

The restaurant is brand new and spotlessly clean, the service is very attentive and prompt as well as being very friendly, and then the Chicken Pesto Bowtie Pasta shows up. There are no words to describe how totally revolting, disgusting, inedible, and rancid this misbegotten plate of impossibly oversalted, incredibly overcooked, heaped up sewage crud was. How anyone could eat this and actually return to this restaurant is a mystery to me. I sure will never be back!

We took my grand son here for his birthday. This is the newest Boston Pizza in Lethbridge and is on the West side which is nice not have to drive so far. There was 7 of us and we all order something different. All the food was good but they came out at different times which was good so at least it was hot. The server seemed a little nervous almost like this was first night which might have been as this BP only open a few months ago. All in all it was a good experience in a new building closer to home

The usual BP menu, good service and relatively new venue make for a good dining and drinking experience. The lounge has a great TV set up so a good place to keep up on all your sports interests.

Once again, the Westside Boston Pizza went the extra mile and gave our family a great time. We keep coming because the service is great, the food is great and our family has such a great time. Our biggest group was 6 adults and 11 children. Usually there are two or three adults with six to eight children. If you haven't checked out your new menu, you're missing. The new gluten-free crust had made me think that they gave me mistaken, regular crust it tasted so good. The new apple blossom dessert is tasteful. The new meatball appetizer as well as the new Guacamole Dip and Chips are delicious. Gemma gave us an extraordinary service. And as always the children absolutely love to build your own Sundaes. Thank you. West Side Boston Pizza for getting families feel welcome so that the kids have fun and their parents can relax.
