The Griffon House - Lewiston

First time at this location... and was amazing!!! The restaurants decor and atmosphere was awesome. Both meals were phenomenal like I wanna go back tomorrow that's how good! Got a house cab and filled it to the top pretty much was also great! Can't wait to go back great service everyone was so nice!

Best steak I ever had and I've had a lot. New York strip with a nice char, done perfectly. They leave the high tops open for walk ins. It was a busy Saturday night but we were seated right away. Great beer and great service with good prices. A very eclectic menu as would be expected from a gastropub. There are many great places to eat in Lewiston and this one is tops.

Best food I've ever put in my mouth! So glad we came here!! On vacation from Southern California!

Excellent food and excellent t staff!!! Definitely a place to go!! Atmosphere was intimate and enjoyable. Wide variety of drinks many beers which my bf loved.

If you're looking for a great view with warm beer and a severely undercooked steak, then this is the place for you. I returned the first beer due to its warmth and was given the excuse that the coolers are downstairs and beer is upstairs WTF guess they can't afford a cooler for upstairs yet. So my replacement as well as my wife's cider were room temp at best. Our steak we asked for them to be medium well. When I cut into it I think I heard it cry out for help. The only thing colder than our drinks was the middle of the steak. Go to the military road location its way better for both drinks and food. Oh yeah lewiston got 2 stars for our waitress who did her best with the **** she was handed.
