Domino's Pizza - Lexington

I ordered three times, and my food was never delivered. The first time, I was put on hold and couldn't speak to anyone. The second time, the young man took my call but just left without addressing my concerns. The third time, they told me to "run away." It’s all quite funny, really—just a waste of money! I even took a picture of my empty doorstep.

The person at the register seemed unprofessional, eating while working and playing with their hair. They were distracted while checking on pizzas. The service was unfriendly, and there was a lack of teamwork. Although the job was completed, it wasn't done with care. This is not the level of service one would expect!

I arrived at the restaurant at 12:20 a.m. on Friday, June 10, hoping to place an order, but I was informed that they were closed. While I was told there was no one available to assist me, I noticed three staff members and a delivery driver present. If they were closed, why was the door still unlocked? The two men at the front were quite rude. As I was leaving to smoke, one of them made it clear that my order wouldn't be taken. I cannot support such a poor establishment. They should update their posted hours, as my visit felt like a waste of time, and their customer service was lacking. The older man displayed aggressive behavior, as if ready to confront me if I voiced my concerns. He really ought to reevaluate his approach.

Absolute trash food and service. The delivery driver Brian doesn't know how to interact with people normally. Asking people if they want to leave a tip, is how you get no tip. The manager answered the phone laughing calling someone a name, then says sorry about that, hello ... you're working for a business, be professional or go get a new job. The pizza wasn't cut, and dominos for sure lost money because of the pound of cheese on it. Will never order from here again. Worst decision, I've made. Told my girlfriend I wish I ordered anywhere else, the worst food I've had, I would rather eat. Horrible experience

They don't waste their money in 18 months and there's always something wrong. lately a Hawaiian pizza with little to no toppings no sosty and a ridiculous amount cheese to try to hide the fact that there was not much of a pizza.
