Wendy's - Lexington

Like any other trip here, maybe the most crispy pommes I ever had from a wendy’s, they were perfect. have the 10 pieces nuggy and was very well prepared. I'm leaving to go to these specific wendys.

Had to tell them 3 times (at the counter, not drive through) what our order was. Then the prices that rang up were more than what was posted. They said they hadn't changed the signs yet but we still had to pay the increased prices. Manager just walked away when we said they needed to adjust their sign prices before charging people more (and no, we weren't obnoxious about it, just pointed it out).

We dined in for lunch. Friendly stuff and fast service.Fries is hot and crispy.Both dining room and bathroom r clean.

Drive-thru staff weren't very knowledgeable of what they had to offer food wise and not really trained to be efficient on protocol on getting food out the window!

Got to their drive through order area and they just said to pull up to order at the 2nd window. So we did. Their were 2 cars in front of us. We could see their were at least 3 people working inside. After sitting there for TEN minutes,, waiting, and still hadn’t even ordered yet, cars behind us started leaving. We waited 5 more minutes and never moved. It’s called Fast Food. This Wendy’s is Never Food!! We went across the highway to McDonalds, where there was no wait!!
