My kids and I just love this place! The woman is always so helpful, we need to learn her name. She always gives us great service with a smile and explains everything kindly. The menu is growing and we love it! The dragon fruit acai bowl is fantastic she makes it superb!

Just awesome. We took the advice of the worker and got the taro smoothie with lychee jelly and it is now officially our favorite boba we have ever had. Just amazing.

The best boba I’ve ever had!!! My boyfriend and I went and as we were waiting for our drinks to be made, we were talking about how good the smoothies looked. The lady working gave us a free sample of one of their smoothies and chatted with us!!! If I could rate this place infinite stars, I would!!! I’ll definitely be returning.

I’ll start with the positives! It’s great to have a store—let alone a bubble tea spot—open as late as 11 PM in the suburbs. The interior is very cute and the menu has a nice variety.My sister and I ordered the mango smoothie and green matcha milk tea. The mango smoothie was good, but it tasted more like durian than mango. The green matcha milk tea was just tapioca and sweet water ? which would be somewhat acceptable if not for the menu picture, which advertises a very different drink. It may be on us for ordering a less popular item, though..

Bubble Tea Lab is our favorite treat! We love all the combos we can create. The staff is friendly and patient with our young customers. Every time we drop into here it’s a good time. We highly recommend a visit!Kid-friendliness: Extremely kid friendly. Bright, colorful and so many options.
