Sonic Drive-in - Licking

Parking: Good. Lots of room to park. Kid-friendliness: It's not a good place for kids to play. But the kids' meals are good. Wheelchair accessibility: Good.

This location CONSTANTLY forgets items in your order. Most of the time is a cheese or dipping cup that you've added or one that comes with a food item. It happens so much that I assume they do on purpose.

Ordered ahead on the app. Checked in at stall 1 and waited 30 minutes. Had to leave so I didn’t miss the eclipse. Never got my food.

Went to celebrate grandson's birthday. Cheesy tots had a slice of cheese cut in half lying on top of the tots, not even warm enough to melt the cheese. Bathroom closed to the public, which is difficult for kids who little bladders. And ordered ice cream only to be told after waiting that they're out of ice cream. No, these aren't life-altering issues. But when eating out costs so much, I expect better.

Every time we get food here at this location something is always wrong. They even asked for the food back when they are not supposed to after COVID happened. This past week I asked for the new chocolate covered strawberry shake and they gave me a plain chocolate shake. Their onion rings are always burnt. I don't understand who is responsible for this location but something needs to happen because it happens every single time we go here. We are tired of our it
