Nice location, great staff. The Chef Martins is is constantly looking for Italian quality. excellent dishes using high quality products. Superlative lamb. I will come again on my next trip to norway.

Food: Very tasty. Steaks perfectly coked, la sagne excellent and the pizza even better. Restaurant: Nice but very sparsely furnished an decorated, but nice and clean Service: signficant improvement needed even If personell were nice, but Thea were over attentive to my mind. Spoons and napkins on unusual side of plate. Serving over seated guests, and when not, from left and not from right as usual in many western countries. Conclusion: very gods food, but improvement in service etiquette needed. The restaurant was not very busy at 1715 when we arrived.

Husband told me we'd try La Trattoria for a quick bite, as he'd heard excellent comments from work colleagues who had been here. We are still having a giggle to think that such an out of the way place could serve such delicious food. Lier is not exactly a place you'd think there was anywhere to get food, maybe a petrol station, a kiosk, but here is what looks like a 70's style house, complete with deck terrace. Inside the decor is a good try at attempting a trattorian style. Service was excellent, welcoming and fast, and inside even on a Wednesday was full with guests. We took 2 lasagnes, which were freshly made, and tasting very yummy. All in all a super dining experience, we'll be back very soon. Have a lot of menu to get through!!
