Best Chinese Northern-style noodle in Montreal, probably in whole Canada. Even in China, it’s still a 8.5/10 level.

Restaurant was not particularly clean, bathroom was filthy. Noodles were good but sauces were meh, totally mediocre dishes. Waitress treated us like she was doing us a favor by even talking to us.

These handpulled noodles had a great, chewy texture and the oil is wonderfully flavourful and very spicy just how we like it.The very fast service makes this pefect for a quick and very satisfying lunch.

Traveling in Montréal for work and so happy to find this restaurant close to the hotel since it is a spin off from the one in Paris we had close to the office. I can confirm the level of the food is similar and delightful. And I can confirm there 's no such thing as Orléans (french city) style fried chicken so the menu should be fixed as New Orleans Popeyes style fried chicken . Still, it was very good ?
