Shay is absolutely stunning and exudes elegance! Even on a Monday night, it was bustling with activity, and they were running an amazing drink special. They were rolling out a new cocktail menu, and we were able to order a tower of 8 cocktails at half price. The cocktails were fantastic, and so was the food! Everything was served promptly, and we enjoyed all the dishes we sampled.

Dinner was a delightful experience, featuring delicious food and excellent service. We thoroughly enjoyed all the new flavors and would certainly return. The restaurant has a lovely ambiance, and there is also a terrace.

I had been looking forward to trying brunch here for ages. How can you resist baklawa pancakes, which were amazing, btw!! The service was not great, though. The hostess barely looked up, let alone cracked a smile. The wait staff were mostly dismissive and was almost impossible to get their attention. Took 25 minutes to get served after arriving.

I moved 3 weeks ago from NYC to Montreal. Fortunately the food here is fabulous in Griffintown/Little Burgundy and Shay is one of our favorite places here to dine. The flavors and creativity is exceptional and the staff are warm and attentive. The lamb and fried chicken are wonderful and the salads are delicious. Highly recommended.
