La Lena - Lima

Every time we visit Lima we eat in La Leña en La Molina Vieja. The chicken is excellent! They won't be disappointed.

After reading reviews, decided to give this place an attempt. My first and lasting impression came from the immediate canal smell when we came in. During the whole dinner there was a chance to kill an appetite! The chicken was your average pollen a la brasa and although we ordered family size shares they were clearly best determined for 2-3 persons. Enjoy salad dressing and chimi-churi. The family says the anticuchos are good, but at least one was red in the center... Don't think we'll return.

We ordered chicken, parrillada, chicha morada and frozen lemonade, my Hubby's favorite! Excellent service and delicious food at very affordable prices. Location not the best, but feasible for a good meal!

Excelente opción para no salir de La Molina. Ambiente agradable, aperitivos muy buenos y oferta gastronómica excelente.

Todas las pollerias es lo mismo de siempre.Pollo reseco y sin sabor , papas crudas y salsas feas.La Leña tiene algo especial , siempre voy a los que estan en la colonial , el de pueblo libre y de plaza san miguel y dejame decirte : Veo el Amor y Respeto al arte culinario !Cada plato es hecho con presentacion , sabor y no es tan caro : Osea Bueno , bonito y barato . El servicio es A1 en todos los locales y el pollo ? EL MAS RICO DE TODOS !!!!
