Applebee's - Lincoln

My bestie and I had margaritas and appetizers during happy hour, and the drinks were amazing and food was delicious! we sat ourselves at the bar and was assisted right away with our waitress. i would definitely come back with my husband, as we had a great experience here.

Staff hanging out up front conversing and what seemed like joking around. While our drinks sat out on bar ready, waiting to be brought to our table for 10+minutes. When we asked our waitress if we could get them, she said she couldn’t bring them to us since she wasn’t old enough(which we understand that part, but find someone who can) When getting drinks they were half pours, and mostly foam. Do not recommend.

We had a family dinner here, and they messed up my grandmothers order. She didn’t get her food until after we all had ate and were sitting around for awhile, so she just had them bring it in a to go box. When we got our tickets I asked the server if they would take the receipt back and comp her mean, and the server agreed. Server comes back with the receipt hands it to us and hurried away. They tried to pull a fast one and only deducted a couple dollars off of her meal. When I asked about it she said that is all her manager would let her take off. Sounds like a very poorly managed business and we will not be returning.

The food at Applebee's Lincoln was delicious and the service was efficient. However, we had to wait for over 45 minutes before being seated, as there was a staff shortage. The reservation steward was even bussing tables and cleaning spills in the hallway. I suggest that instead of having guests wait in the waiting area, they could seat us at a table and inform us of the wait time. This way, we could already look at the menu and make decisions before the wait staff is available. Despite the wait, our overall experience was good. Thank you, Applebee's Lincoln.

I just finished dining at this restaurant and our server, Micheal, was fantastic! He was lively and outgoing, and I was so impressed by his service. As a server myself, I will definitely use him as inspiration to improve my own.
