Johnny Rockets - Lincoln

So the workers that are supposed to be helping the customers were not helping the customers. When you ask them a question they ignored you. Very rude. Food was nothing special. Could have gotten better at McDonald's .Will never come back here again!

I has good day before i met this lady at the cashier in that restaurant i asked her to not put onions in my burger she ignored me and started yelling at me saying you can remove it yourself, very bad customer service , so rude this is not how you treat customers at all she look like she hate her job unprofessional

This is the third time coming to this Johnys in Twin River and there is always four employees standing there and just ignoring all the customers. Waited 45 minutes for one milkshake. The wife must know I love her!! Not recommend

I was told when I approached the counter, very rudely, by the two women working behind the counter, “We on BREAK right now!” I walked away. Won’t go back there again even if it was the only restaurant open!
