Mcdonald's - Lincoln

Food was hot and quick, Staff was very friendly and polite. Didn't see bathrooms. Renovation looks hella clean cut. (Dine in 10pm)

I really cannot understand how terrible some of these people are at their jobs. how they get up. the type working with the running gear repeated my order back to me. I adjusted him to something that was wrong and he then went with oh yes, that, like his jumps, we all got our food and every cheeseburger was made wrong, including one without patty at all. I know his mcdonalds and we can't expect much, but now be real. I've only ever worked almost food and I know everything is better than that

We had two drinks on a very cold day. we ordered ahead and prepaid. at the passing.

The service and the eating were good. was not a person in register, so we ordered a budding teenager flooded behind us, so we took our table number and pulled to a rectangle. our order was called at the theke and in the chaos of the child they started to get pommes out of our pocket. I called the children, asked for the order to be made new, and took our drinks back to the table. the manager apologised, refunded our order and then personally delivered our food. they even upgraded the nuggets of my daughter and our pommes. many thanks to all employees.

Food was gross the lady at the counter was rude and we where given the wrong size cups and she told me i was wrong and that it was a large. I said really because I get larger cups from the other McDonald's around town this is a medium cup she didn't want to give us the right size and then the people next in line got the large cups and my order was made sloppy and wrong the mcribbs where cold my husband and I will not be going back to that location ever again I could not even get my money back the manager on duty was rude also
