Terrible! Waiters sit around waiters who go back and forth and not even we were recognized when we waited for a table. Five minutes later. It wouldn't even be a star. Every time we anticipate the change in our customer service, we go out and remember why we have not come here anymore!
We have exactly what we expected from a Red Robin. One thing they did right was that we refill water quickly. We ordered two burgers and an appetizer together with the groundless pommes. After eating the small basket of the pommes we stared at the bottom of the groundless pommes for about half an hour, then the appetizer came out. Then the burgers came, both were made wrong and did not have the garlicries we ordered, nor the Jalapeños on a burger, we were still accused for both extras. They finally brought a small basket of garlic fries after eating. We got a napkin to share, so I went forward to grab more after a while. After we finished, we thought they would take off the extra costs, as we did not get what we ordered, but we were twice reliant on our food and waited another 20 minutes to find out. Eating was decent, better, cheaper and faster to get just quick food.
I love Red Robin. Great food, but terrible service. At the table in the bar for 10 minutes. No one recognized my mother and I and people sitting after us received service. Day Manager is a joke to customer service. I'm sorry.
Great service, hot delicious food and their para Margaritas amazing! Pretty refreshing after the week we've had with some of the places that we've eaten these people are really consistent and they do a great job worth going and eating there any day!
