Wendy's - Lincoln

Just want to let you know that we come here quite often on Sunday nights (on our way to our RockStar Karaoke show at The Keg) to pick up dinner. A few of our singers have started going there also, since we always rave about how our order is always fast/done right/and the staff friendly. Always lots of Wendy's on the tables!! Keep it up!!! (however, one of the bartenders wishes you had a strawberry frosty) Thank you.

When we walked in the building there was a bit of a line for ordering, so we placed our orders on the electronic screen, they have 3, but one wasn't on. The ordering process via electronic app is not the best, but will work. There was a long delay to get food, ordering for 5 people, but we have gotten used to long wait times. The staff was very friendly and apologized for the wait. The food was pretty good for Wendy's, with the fries having been cooked properly and better than most the Wendy's I have been in. The baked potatoes are not really good, and should be avoided, probably sat for to long. I have been disappointed by every Wendy's baked potato I have tried. Recommend this place for the staff, as they are great.

Had to come to this location because I went to the south 48th location spent 21 bucks got cold soggy fries and burnt son of bacon baconators that were rock hard and had shredded cheese that was oily and stringy gross and nobody would answer. This location offered our meals replaced. Super nice. We had to wait but they were short staffed.

Tahzhane and cheyenne give great customer service. Very enthusiastic and helpful when it came down to picking my meal out. They served my food properly , respectfully and FRESH. I definitely will come back forsure, this service was better than your guys last crew
