Have ordered here a few times. It’s good! What even better? They just CALLED me to confirm my order special request and made sure I didn’t need an ingredient removed from another entree. Fantastic service.

Good was great, my kids loved the bento boxes and so did I, it was fresh the teriyaki sauce was great and the service was excellent.

I have eaten here many times. However, this time was awful. First, when given the price for my takeout order, I thought it was a bit high, so I questioned the price of the two items I ordered. The young lady said, she made a mistake. The price then dropped by $5. I got home and took my food out to eat, I barely had any sauce for my general Tso's chicken. The chicken was hard, dry, and chewy. I called to let them know. They apologized and asked if I wanted them to tell the cook? That wasn't the response I expected. I stressed I was quite disappointed and would not be returning. We ended the call. A few minutes later someone called from the restaurant and apologized. They took my name and said to come back another day and they will replace my order free of charge. I very hesitant to do so for obvious reasons. Prior to thst the food was decent.
