Panera Bread - Lisbon

I just wanna say I came in recently and although you guys were super backed up and I did have to wait longer than expected, you all were excellent and so sweet! As some customers were beginning to become frustrated, who I presume to be your manager was so attentive and tried her best to fix issues immediately. I just wanted to shout out your staff because while I was seeing visible signs of anxiety you came together as a team and got the job done. I love seeing teamwork like that!

Blonde girl making the food whose name was Hannah was incredibly rude to both me and my wife. Acted like I was asking for her kidney when I asked for some butter. And then she made my wife's food wrong, she asked for no cilantro in her teriyaki bowl and Hannah threw a hissy fit about how she made it right even though my wife had proof she didn't. Also the food is not worth the price. Zero stars. Food: 1

I've been having issues with this place is running out of items on the menu sometimes it's towards closing time but I've also gone there around lunch time and have been told that they're just straight up missing items. I've also seen that this place is a bit short-staffed and have stood waiting to be served just to walk out of the restaurant because there was no one at the register. Food: 4
