There is only one worker who prepares the entire gluten-free meal, unlike for non-gf orders. They offer gluten-free options for fries, wings, sandwiches, and a dedicated sandwich press. Almost all items on the menu, except for three, are gluten-free.
I had a great experience at this restaurant when I ordered a gluten-free meal. The staff asked if I had celiac disease and took extra precautions by washing their hands and putting on gloves. The entire meal was made by one staff member, specifically for gluten-free orders. They have separate fries, tongs, seasonings, and sandwich press for gluten-free items. Almost everything on the menu is gluten-free, except for three items.
