Kfc - Lithia Springs

My services were terrible tonight. I moved up, you couldn't even see the menu. Make the menu panel on the floor and the glass pocket wide open. So I order two wings. The cashier Shalamar on the ticket #2142 did not ask if you had 3 wings or 4 wings meal. The cashier never asked me anything. I come to window, says the cashier $20.31 had attitude when I asked about my drinks. Your meal doesn't come to drink. A wing meal is 3 pieces. I was charged for 2 4 pieces of wing meal and coming home and my pages are wrong. If I wasn't 10 miles away, I would have gone back. I'll never visit this place again.

This kfc is by far the worst. I have ordered an 8 piece on numerous occasions, the chicken is always burn up and the customer service sucks. I am willing to bet if you go there right now, they don't even have cole slaw. smh

Went here and 1st didn't get 3 of the items we pay for. Then after going back in our good had a big long hair in it. The employee were very rude the whole time and only gave us money back for the sandwich. Don't waste your time or your money going here.

After playing a round of golf and getting through the 5 O?clock traffic, I pulled into the drive thru at the KFC. Not being familiar with their menu I needed help with my order (2 thighs, 2 wings original recipe, 2 sides biscuits honey) and the representative?s assistance was excellent in completing the order, easily earning 5 stars. When I got home and opened the box, I was so disappointed to find no wings, 2 legs, no honey, no cookie. After my 3rd visit with similar results I decided not to go there anymore but the ?cold chicken? is too good to pass up. Today I needed to satisfy my sweet tooth with wings, biscuits and honey before driving off, I peeped in the box, saw the wings etc. When I got home opened the box and saw just the top of a biscuit, I called and asked for a manager. In the future, I will try to help improve my rating by only ordering chicken.

Ordered original recipe chicken. Got chicken that had been lightly fried with no seasoning whatsoever. Colonel Sanders is rolling in his grave. At least it was cooked.
