Avaliação da contribuiçãoWhile we were waiting for an employee to recognize us, we saw an employee who sprayed the kitchen floor with a soap substance.... the spray went everywhere, even on the counter of the Prep room, where tacos dishes and other food items were sitting. We left Asap. We should have caught our phones and recorded them, but we didn't think about it until we got out. Massive health code violations.
Food was great, Sauce Bar spoon must be switched off regularly, as people touch the handles. The food comes pretty fast and good.
My favorite fast food Tex-Mex. I like the music. Sunny dining room with large windows and the Salsa Bar will double the size of your meal
Don't drink the lemonade at this point. It's a demolition. You calculate the double what you pay for any other drink, then fill the cup almost completely with ice from just enough space, but for a few sips of the actual lemonade. The worst thing is when I asked for a refill on my lemonade, the manager was rude and refused to fill my cup again, even after I mentioned that they had sold me a small cup of ice with almost no lemonade for $2.19. It is no wonder that they always have two FULL fountains of the lemonade even after lunch. If it is made fresh daily, I would bet that they throw over half of the lemonade every day instead of giving a customer a refill. They probably only make it fresh every few days, because they certainly don't give the customer their money. I like food there and even the lemonade, but I will never return to this place because of the rude managers and the no refill policy.
Stay faaaaaaar away from this location. Stick with Maumelle, baseline or Conway! Ordered a chicken Quesadilla and it had a bone in it! I tried calling the store and the ?manager? was trying to explain that the bone came from the chicken and what a quesadilla is and did not have any concern what so ever! I had to call another store and they were more than willing to help get me in contact with higher management for that location since it?s a different franchise from the others. Edit: To the response of the owner I haven 't even talked to anyone in upper management yet actually. NO ONE has yet to call me back. I received an apology from another location that was trying to get me a number for upper management for this location. I have even Facebook messaged and sent a message on the actual website. The store itself was a joke since that manager was more concerned about explaining what a quesadilla is and that the bone came from a chicken than about what had happened. I 'll change my story and say STAY AWAY FROM ALL LOCATIONS because they could care less and when someone actually swallows it or chokes on it they will not be around to care
