Rook Coffee - LITTLE SILVER

Not very busy but waited 15 mins for a black coffee. Didn't even get it as the staff was like totally like talking about like stuff. Then they started making an online order and the train came and I didn't get my coffee. She offered a refund but how am I to get my refund when the train is pulling out? Not even that good of coffee (had it before). At least I made the train no thanks to rook

Nice staff and cool location but a coffee shop with no espresso machine?? Also don?t go here if you care about the earth. They don?t accept reusable coffee cups (but sell metal straws ???? . The CDC says there?s no sanitary issue using reusable coffee cups but I guess Rook knows better than the CDC.

Takes over half an hour now just to get your order. Horribly and persistently under staffed. Great coffee and great staff, it?s just mismanaged. Just not worth it anymore. I?ve lost 3 or 4 orders now because I had to make my train.

First time trying the Vanilla Cinnamon style cold brew! Great drink! The app is so user friendly, and service was quick and easy to pick up.

This location is inside the station so not very obvious from the outside. I will not leave a review for their coffee because if you are reading this review, you obviously know that their coffee rocks : . Great coffee, great people.
