Ordered from door dash. 2nd time in a row my order was incomplete (only with this store). Called the store, the person hang up on me. Went to the store to get a refund. The manager said, it's not possible. No apologies or whatsoever. Very unprofessional, turned her back on me and the crew won't give me the manager's name. I mean seriously! All i wanted was for them to take responsibility. Please wendy's train your managers to handle complaints. Very unprofessional. Never going back to this store again!!!

I'm local, they have always been super speedy and gpod since they opened a couple years ago. The managers and staff are always good, Karina adds a nice quality when she's on duty too as well.

I just moved to this city and stopped by on Friday night after work. I was trying to use the mobile app and received an error when trying to apply deal. I then went thru drive through and explained what happened. The employee that was working this Friday night at 10ish was extremely rude, had no customer service skills, and needs to take a class on behavior and customer service. I would rate him overall a 2 out of 10 on skills. And to top it off when I arrived home I didn't have my order correct. Granted I picked up dinner for my kids.

Saw a free chicken sandwich offer with any purchase, so I figured I 'd give it a whirl. Just did this order this afternoon with my significant other who also placed her own order. The web site is very cumbersome. We sat in the parking lot for over ten minutes getting our orders in with the chicken coupon on our phones--and no, I will not load fast food restaurant apps on my phone. The parking lot was empty and there had been no cars entering the drive through the whole time we were there, so I was a little surprised when we got up to the drive through window and the guy in the window appeared totally perplexed when I told him we were picking up orders. Then he finally said to me Are you (insert my gf 's name)? I said no, that 's her next to me (she has a very obviously female name and I am very obviously not female). He disappeared for about five minutes than came back with her order. I said there are two orders. Again, he 's gone for 3-4 minutes and hands me mine. Eyeroll.We park, and let me tell you, you know how the big ol ' chicken patty hangs way out over the edge of the bun in the picture? That 's not at all the reality. It 's thin, it is slightly smaller than the bun 's diameter, and it 's more breading than chicken. The bun itself was stale and don 't taste fresh. If this promo was designed to win my future business, I 'd say it pretty much flopped.
