Pizza Pronto - Liverpool

Rude pointed and clicked at. Shouting you to people to get attention when food was ready. Need a better system and manners. Food was not great.

I ordered chicken and rice most dugusting rice like mushy never again will I order from then gorrible food

I ordered a small pizza and they charged me £10 I then relooked at the menu and noticed it should have been £6.50. I asked why he had charged me £10 and he said “oh I’m sorry I thought you ordered a large” and moved on. Lo and behold when my order is ready….it’s a small. So I said no if you charged me for a large I want a large. Another apology. Couple of minutes later they bring out the medium size. I again said it was wrong and they ended up giving me the cash difference. They clearly were trying to chance it thinking people were drunk. The large was supposed to be £10.50 so clearly it made absolutely zero sense. The pizza was absolutely foul too, burnt to a crisp. Check your order carefully, or better yet avoid giving your business to absolute con men.

I'll never order,disgusting food and services that have to be my chicken shawarma! Please do something

Well I am quite amazed at some of the negative feedback here on Tripadvisor. We ordered beef and chicken kebab with rice and salad. Both were excellent and substantial.
