Avaliação da contribuiçãoUnfortunately, this is probably the worst Indian restaurant I have ever been to. Honestly, the curries were very watery and lacked any depth of flavor. The Chicken Tikka was tough and the lamb tikka seemed to be mixed with regular lamb. I paid extra for Tikka but was given regular meat in both dishes. Everything tasted the same. I have been enjoying curries for over 48 years, and these were bland and lacked any distinct flavor. The sauce was thin and not rich like it should be. It seems like they are not cooking it for long enough for the sauce to thicken. Our meal was ready in just 8 minutes, which is unbelievable for four curries. We will not be ordering from here again. Stay away, as you do not get what you pay for. Overall, the food was substandard.
This restaurant has one of the best takeout options I have ever experienced. The staff are lovely and the service was quick. I highly recommend this place, you won't be disappointed.
I have to say this is a really lovely take-away. i ordered onion bahji, sheek kebab starters. for the main lamb rogan josh, chicken tikka masalla with one boiled rice and one pilau rice. it was all absolutely delishes, i loved the way i could see the chefs cooking, hence how clean the cooking area was. all the meat was cooked perfectly and the sauces really good. my husband says he would have liked the rogan josh to be a bit more spicy but i am sure they would have done that had we asked. we were even given a couple of free poppadums which was a really nice little touch. given accurate time for collection and all in all considering there is a lot of competition in this area i think this place has a good balance. not expensive but really lovely food. we ate everything and will return and recommend to friends as my son recommended it to us.
The food at this Indian takeaway is exceptional. It's exactly what you would expect from an Indian restaurant. The prices are very reasonable as well. The Karahi and Bhuna dishes were both amazing, with rich and generous portions. The Chicken Chaat was perfect and the homemade naan was amazing. Unfortunately, they do not deliver to town, but the food here is much better and more affordable than anything else in town. We will definitely be returning.
Called in tonight, ordered a lamb vindaloo and mushroom pilau. Watching them cook it is fab. The guy who took my order was the friendliest man I've come across in a takeaway. Was a fab experience, the curry was the bomb!
