Although this restaurant isn't a fancy venue for a fine dining experience, the atmosphere is completely Italian! Chris, the owner, hails from Sicily, just like my great grandparents, and we had a delightful conversation in Italian. His son is fluent as well, so I had the opportunity to practice my Italian with him too. Chris makes and rolls his own dough, which, in my opinion, can truly make or break a pizza. It was such a wonderful surprise to enjoy an "eccellente" late-night meal while fishing with my friend by the river. It was exquisite!
