Birrificio Livigno

We ordered onion soup. For 10 eur we expected more than boiled water with onions without any seasoning.

On a family holiday we visited the restaurant for an evening meal and drinks. We read the reviews before we went and thought that generally they were good but some complained about the service being slow. As you do with reviews you take them with a pinch of salt and we decided to give it a chance. We arrived and were seated quickly. We waited a while until a member of staff eventually came to take a drinks order. During the order the staff member was very inattentive and seemingly uninterested. We asked for a few minutes so we could finalise our order. We waited a long time to order food, alot longer than the anticipated couple of minutes. We approached another member of staff and asked if we could place our food order to which they responded that only one member of staff could take orders for the whole restaurant. Whilst taking the order the staff member had a ‘I dont care’ attitude. The food arrived within a decent time of ordering and was good value for money. The portion sizes were good and was tasty. During the meal we asked for some salt, extra mayonnaise and a drink. I was questioned by the member if staff why I was asking for salt and directed me to a pot where I was showing them that there was no salt left. The mayonnaise never arrived and had to retrieve some from another table. The ordered drink also never arrived. Throughout the meal we tried to order extra drinks but the wait time was do long and staff awareness was so poor that we ended up finishing food and leaving without ordering anything extra. The whole restaurant had a good atmosphere and was decorated nicely. The food was good and decent value but the staff really let this place down and for that reason we wont visit again. Shame. Hopefully they get some new management!

Worst service ever. Only a few in the bar but no time to serve. Unpolite service. We asked for two IPA and one other beer. No IPA we were told but the next table got served IPA. Find another place in Livigno. Plenty to chose from.

Very nice local. in addition to the wide choice of craft beers made of Livigno (the highest brewery in Europe) you also eat very well! I ordered together with a friend a cutter with bresaola, rocket and wheat scales and first a large marinated pork stylus in their beer. the flesh was very tender, it was silent from the bone

High-altitude brewery in the center of Livigno. great beer with hamburger and much more. place very in vogue and therefore attention that it is best to book especially for dinner. characteristic, rustic and very young.
