Bj's Brewhouse Livonia

We had a reservation , but had to wait 15 minutes for our table. We were a party of 5 . They were out of the prime rib dinner. 3 of us ordered the prime rib sandwich. 2 came out with all of the meals and the 3rd one came out 15 minutes later. Not sure why.

This was our first time here. The food was delicious, our server Autumn was very kind, helpful and attentive. All of our food was delicious and did not take long to come out. Going back next week to try other things on their large menu!

I used to work here a while back and love this place no animosity towards anyone here at all was just offered a better opportunity, was greeted quite quick at the door with a smile and a friendly face. Once we were sat it was a literal ghost town for us in the sense of service. Servers just walked right past our table for a total of 15 minutes after sitting hungry and irritated. My friends and I, decided to leave. Wouldn’t come back and wouldn’t recommend again. Bring the top notch service back that was here.

My dish was really good. The restaurant was a little cold, but nothing unbearable. The food didn't take long to come out either. My salad came with about 4 croutons, so I told the server, and she brought out more. Very accommodating.Food: 5/5

Great food, great service, and great atmosphere. Our waitress was super friendly and was okay with us moving tables since the people behind me were very loud. Their daily specials are a steal especially for Wednesday 11 dollar burger and unlimited fries. Burger was excellent and the fries were some of the best I’ve had. Can’t leave without getting a piezookie! Make sure to sign up for their rewards for a free piezookie coupon!
