They offer a variety of salads and bowls. I didn't dine in, but instead had one of their salads delivered to me. It appears that they only have two fully vegan salads (Verde and Grandma Remix), while for the others, you would need to request toppings or dressing to be removed. I believe only one bowl is fully vegan (Savage Cabbage). I ordered the Grandma Remix, which was delicious and fresh, though a bit pricey at $8.50 considering the simple ingredients. The Savage Cabbage bowl was a bit small but very filling due to the lentils, so I couldn't finish it. It cost just over $9. I felt that the bowl could use more greens like lettuce, arugula, or other vegetables. Extra dressing is an additional $1. It would be nice if they added more vegan options or made vegan substitutions easier, as the salads come with preselected dressings (some containing milk and honey) and there doesn't seem to be an option to change them when ordering online.
