Bowlero Romeoville - Lockport Township

Had an amazing experience at Bowlero in romeoville stopped in for bowling, had to stop in their laser tag room had a great experience.

Had a birthday party for my 8yr old and some friends. Staff was great and booking the party was super easy. Lena took care of everything, service was great and the kids had a blast

If I 'm being honest, this place sucks. I went here on a school field trip and it was completely horrible. Everything was normal and fun until I ordered food. I ordered the mozzarella sticks and a milkshake and everything was fine. The mozzarella sticks came in about ten minutes but it was the milkshake that completely ruined everything. I had ordered the food at 11:53 and still hadn 't gotten my milkshake at 12:47 For the record we were leaving at 1:15) so I asked the guy at the stand and he kept on saying the milkshakes would be done in two minutes . After five minutes, the milkshake was still not there so I went up to the guy again to ask for either my milkshake or a refund. When I went up to him, he said the milkshakes were already done and he would give them to me in five minutes although he already said that multiple times to me already. It was about 1:05 now and I was getting tired of waiting so I asked the guy for a refund. He absolutely refused saying we already made them you need to wait . It was already late so I waited for some more time. At 1:15, we were called to leave and I still hadn 't gotten my milkshake. I went up to the guy and when he saw me, he literally started to walk away. I still walked up to him and asked for a refund. The guy still refused and walked away while I was speaking and kept repeating the same thing I can 't do anything because you are leaving, so leave . And so, I left having wasted about $8 for a milkshake I never got. The same thing happened to a lot of other kids and my friends. One of the staff asked my friend for a tip and never brought her the food or a refund. It 's absolutely disappointing that they scam kids like this. Also, it 's not just the milkshake, the staff were ignorant, the food was mid, and it 's an overpriced scam. I definitely do not recommend going here.

It's the worst place to go. My daughter went here for a school trip and they scammed many kids who went there. 1) Kids paid for their food and they never received it 2) when they went and asked for a refund, the waiters behaved rude and didn't respond well to kids and just walked away. 3) forcing kids to give tip. Am just posting receipt from my daughter and there were multiple kids who felt they were scammed and told their field trip was ruined. NEVER EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. NOT A ETHICAL BUSINESS PLACE!!!
