Chili's Grill - Lockport Township

Service was slow took 16 minutes before the waitress came and asked If wanted drinks and another 15 min to come back and take out

Great service and food was very tasty reasonably priced.

I wish I recalled our waiters name bx they were on top of things. Replacing drinks before we ran out, checked in frequently but not excessively, friendly. It was a nice dining experience.

This meal was less than average. Bought a kids quesadilla for my daughter and chili for myself. The quesadilla was hard and just look at the chili… kids meal came with a bottle of apple juice.

Food quality has gone down the drain. Portion size of the Fajita Trio would barely feed a child. Service is massively slow. Ridiculously understaffed. Will not be coming back.
