Hey, I ain't complaining since there is plenty more to try here and it has one of the most relaxing and low key atmospheres that is around. There is a real feeling to it, with the natural feel and the noise. This is upstairs, and since last time I have visited they now have signage out the front of the building indicating it is up there. Worst Malay food I ever had, had it as a take away dinner after reading the good urbanspoon review, very disappointed! The food is so plain and horrible! I know the price is cheap but the taste is cheap too!Worst experience ever.
After a few extravagant meal times, my companions and I looked somewhere cheap, but with good quality. we thought it was a nice place to try something new. we were shocked and disturbed to see that yakitori, ren and momo juice bar had closed, david seemed closed, or maybe they were celebrating. all that remained was the Taiwanese Bento Square, yahoo and a newly opened tofu Dessert Square. customers were also sparse, and we decided to stay and eat at yahoo.
Reasonable Chinese Malaysian fare. Again as with most Chinese and Malaysian places the food is so oily. The flavours are alright, but also with char kway teow and other noodle dishes, not enough seafood or meat. Prices are cheap.
Best Malaysian food that I have eaten outside of Malaysia! Period! My first bite into my Mee Goring (the second photo attached to this review) transported me back 17 years to when my host brother and I would sneak out to the local Pasar Malam (night market) in Subang Jaya and have a feed. The food is authentic, the servings are large and it is so very, very good! Prices range from $9.50 $14.50 per meal and you are guaranteed to leave with a full and satisfied belly. If you like to add a bit of extra spice to your meal, just ask for some samba olek or fresh chilli. There are over 30 options to choose from on the menu, all cooked fresh while you wait and brought to you at your...read more
